    Hi Marty,

    the link above takes you to some of the classical music recommended by Ann Rachlin (from the book "Seven Choices" (which book, incidentally was a turning point for me).

    She suggests music that is helpful for different stages of your journey, and strangely enough, I had listened to two of these regularly before reading the book!

    The links to the music on YouTube, along with when it can be listened to are included on this blog post.

  3. The article written for "Caregiving as seen from two sides" is good describing caregivers lifestyle facts.. and the other one "Tackling the caregiver crisis" is also good.
    Caregivers should notices these simple things in mind...
